For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Service Level and Support
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of scheduled maintenance. Support is provided according to the terms of your service agreement and may vary based on your subscription level.
8. Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tetranxt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tetranxt, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.
